Precautions for Hot Melt Machine in summer

The weather in summer is hot, and the maximum temperature in various places reaches 40 ℃. Hot Melt Machine is a high-temperature operating equipment, and a little carelessness will cause serious consequences.

The safety precautions for our Wahrheit hot-melt adhesive machine in daily use in summer are as follows:
1. A Piston Pump Hot Melt Machine from operating the Hot Melt Adhesive machine around volatile and explosive raw materials or gases, and do not store flammable and explosive materials around the spraying equipment of the hot melt adhesive machine.
2. Do not operate the hot melt adhesive machine without proper protective device, good insulator or good protective panel. Only professional trained personnel can disassemble the machine for maintenance when maintenance is required.
3. In summer, the temperature of glue machine, glue tube and glue gun should be about 10 ℃ lower than the normal temperature, and the specific temperature setting can also be consulted with the hot-melt glue machine manufacturer or engineer.
4. Hot Adhesive Melter shall be used in the situation where there is no rapid air flow. Because when the hot melt adhesive nozzle assembly is exposed to the rapidly circulating air, the rapid cooling will affect the hot melt adhesive flow of the nozzle assembly, which is easy to lead to wire drawing.
5. When adding hot melt adhesive, at least one third of the hot melt adhesive should be added before the hot melt adhesive is added in the hot melt adhesive pot to avoid adding adhesive when there is no hot melt adhesive in the hot melt adhesive pot, which will affect normal production.

6. The amount of glue added shall not exceed 80% of the total volume of the hot melt glue pot.
